Bulk Buy: How it Works

 Are you interested in healthy and affordable fresh produce?

Join the Bulk Buy Collective for wholesale priced food all year round.

For just $15, you can get 9-12 varieties of veggies once or twice a month. Bag contents are determined by market price, number of orders, and client feedback, with low cost produce available day-of! To see a catalogue of previous $15 Bags, see the photo album on our FaceBook page.

The program is open to everyone. By ordering, you are contributing to our spending power. 100% of your payment goes toward purchasing fresh, healthy produce with us! Don’t forget to collect your order!

How it works

1. Each month, you can get the email reminders to order. . Stay informed and never miss your bag by clicking the envelope icon on the Start Here Page.

2. You get to choose the type of bag and the day you would like to collect it with our “Shop” page. As long as we receive close to 35 orders, we will be able to run the program for the planned weekend. Sometimes we make extras and hope they will sell.

• On the 2nd Saturday of each month, your order will be available to pick up between 12pm – 3pm
• On the 4th Friday of each month, your order will be available to pick up between 5:30pm – 7pm to accommodate folks leaving work.

3. Order your bag and any extras (you can come and go, you don’t have to order every time) with cash or card payments, or subscribe to regularly get a bag. It is often possible to pick up after the weekend if you email us but not guaranteed: bulkbuy@archway.ca

4. Meet us at 33914 Essendene Ave! Come by without an order to see what we have. We are at Door #4.

5. Deliveries will be made to house-bound clients during or after the pick up time. (must pay online for delivery)                                                  

6. As a member of the Bulk Buy Collective, if you are able, please help us out by volunteering a few hours per year, at your own pace. This can include sorting food, delivering food to clients, interacting with clients at the desk on pick-up day, etc. (there are many duties available to ensure accessibility to everyone). As an ordering collective, it’s great if you can show up to meet and support your fellow members! We can’t run this program without the help of our volunteers, your work keeps costs to the minimum for all participants. Thank you!
